Maintenance Services – Facilities Coordinator

The College is currently seeking applications for the full-time, ongoing position of Maintenance Services - Facilities Coordinator.  This position acts as first point of contact for the Maintenance Services department whilst providing administrative support to the Maintenance Services management team including compliance to WHS legislation, internal/external maintenance work flow management and financial administration.SELECTION CRITERIAProven experience in an equivalent/similar role within Facilities/Help DeskA trade qualification, tertiary or other formal qualification (desirable)Awareness of the Work Health Safety Act.Skilled user of technology including the Microsoft office suite and experience with Facilities Management information systems (or similar).Excellent administrative and organisational skills.   • Proven experience in an equivalent/similar role within Facilities/Help Desk
  • A trade qualification, tertiary or other formal qualification (desirable)
  • Awareness of the Work Health Safety Act.
  • Skilled user of technology including the Microsoft office suite and experience with Facilities Management information systems (or similar).
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
