SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Proven experience in an equivalent/similar role delivering maintenance services at an organisational level
  • A trade qualification or other formal qualification (desirable)
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience of compliance to the Work Health Safety Act
  • Broad understanding of major building trades and maintenance of equipment.
  • Knowledge of building work practices
  • Experience in administrative duties including resource allocation, materials ordering and purchasing
  • Management experience of small capital projects
  • Competent user of technology including the Microsoft office suite and experience with Facilities Management information systems
  • The ability to operate and foster a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a flexible member of a dynamic team
  • An understanding of and commitment to the Mission and Values of the College.
